    Sarah is a pretty girl and while boob job in of itself was not a bad idea for her image, I happen to feel the ones she got are a bit much.

    ummm wow, i didnt know she gotta a boob job. they are way too big even tho i dont think that getting a boob job can ruin your image. sara should go atleast a cup size down.

    Wtf why did she do that. She was pretty and her voice was nice. She didn’t need boobs. I guess she needed to find a way to get attention cuz that’s all I can focus on

    why do people always think people get plastic surgery because they re ugly. that just isn’t true. she probably got them because in the music industry, image sells and she felt it would help her marketability. No way that girl looked in the mirror everyday and didnt know she was pretty!

    Getting breast augmentation is hardly something someone does on a whim. It doesn’t matter how beautiful the woman is to others, it’s how she views herself that matters.

    I agree with Celeste breast augmentation is something that people don’t just wake up and say hi i want to get plastic surgery. I think that is did it for her public image but they are way to big she needs to go down a cup size.
