Got a last minute invite to the Heart of the City tour featuring Jay-Z, Mary J Blige and The Dream. Unfortunately, I missed The Dream, but Beyonce’s appearance made up for it! I love it! Check the clip. Pics after the jump!

Mary J. Blige killed it! She really left her heart and soul on that stage. She looked fabulous as well.

After actually seeing Jay-Z live, I have a new found respect for him. I mean, I liked him as an artist before, but never really thought he was that great of a performer. He took over that stage last night though, and I was really feeling him. My only complaint is that he only did snippets of all of MY favorite Jay-Z songs! I wanted to hear the full songs! I guess he only had so much time.
