Britney Spears attended the “Generation Rescue’s Event’ hosted by Jenny McCarthy   and Jim Carrey Saturday night in Los Angeles, California.  Brit Brit’s looked surprisingly adorabe in her little black ensemble, she’s been working out and trying to get the old Britney back.

“She looked great and seemed really happy,” says a partygor of the Snow Queen Vodka-sponsord shingdig at the couple’s home in Brentwood. Though she kept close to her assistant Brett and didn’t speak to other guests, “She smildand clapped during the video about autism.  She was very into the informatio and watched a little bitof the dancers from Dancing with the Stars, sneaking out during one of the performances.” People.

Judge has decided that Kevin Federline will get get custoy of sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James,1, starting this Wednesday.  Court ordered Federline to take care of the children he share with his ex-wife until further order of the court.

 Despite losing her sonso the time being, th court specifidthat Spea must still adhere to the orders from a September 17th hearing in which she labele a habitual user of controlled substances. Those orders include: attending counseling, meeting with a parentin coach and submiting a twice-weekly random drug tests.
