I’ve been hearing for a while now that pole dancing classes are a great work out, and its something that I’ve always wanted to try. (Sorry Dad! haha) I was talking to the homie, Necole Bitchie, the other day, and she mentioned that she was taking pole dancing classes and confirmed that it was a great way to tone up and get in shape, however, it hurts like hell. Even the ladies on my favorite new reality show, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” are getting into it.

I actually took a strip tease class, without the pole. That was fun but I’m ready to role with the big dogs on the pole. I heard good things about Exotic Dance Central and NYPole Dancing. Let’s do it! Seriously. Let’s do female NYC bloggers go pole dancing.
