Chris Brown has finally released a statment to the public. As you may or may not know Chris was arrested last weekend for attacking girl-friend Rihanna, the media has been going crazy over all this drama. I was wondering when he would finally get around to saying something. Here is what Chris Brown had to say:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired,” he said. “I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person.”
I think this is what his fan and the media needed to hear. I wonder will this get the media to finally fall back. You can read more of the statement after the jump..

While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. I am glad he made a statement. I’ve seen a lot of people commenting all over the internet saying he did not say enough or why didn’t he mention Rihanna’s name. But it is common sense that anyone involved in a legal situation not discuss the details of the event.
We don’t know the exact details of what happened and I am strongly against violence. But regardless I am glad he is trying to get help and hope things get better for him because he is still so young and has time to turn his life around.

LOL we welcome the long comments. Its about time that he spoke up just letting everyone know that he was still alive. The statement couldn’t have been more appropriate. His publicity team finally stepped up to the plate.

I was accepting some what of this type of statement from Chris Brown Altough i wished the statement tobe more appropriate but still it can work
What kills me about this situation is that chris brown is just out there having fun jet sking like nothing happened..both of them dont even have the decency to release a statement about everything thats going on..its just lalala
