In a big city like New York, there are always things going on! Whether it’s the opening of a new store in SoHo, a celebrity studded affair, or just your annual girls nite out. In honor of the many things to do, every Friday I will give you several looks for a specific occasion. This Friday, I am giving you 5 fab looks for the club:
Look 1, Spring Baby:

ASOS Premium silk gathered bandeau dress $78.15, ASOS

Steve Madden trinitie suede pumps $89.90, Zappos

French Connection gold metal torque necklace $34.39, ASOS
My weapon of choice: color, color and more color! Ladies, it’s spring time. The weather is nice, the tree’s are getting their leaves back, the boys are coming out (ha!) Play with your wardrobe a little bit. Add some pizazz and a pop of color to your night look, there is nothing wrong with that! This flirty yellow dress is perfect for the girl who is not so comfortable with showing off all her ass-ets when hitting the club, and these royal blue pumps will take the look there and back. Accessorize much? Not with this look. This French Connection necklace will do just the trick.
**Quick tip: When you are wearing a strapless dress, never leave the neck completely bare. The only time it’s okay to do that is when you have on dramatic, chandelier styled earrings.
Look 2, Dare devil:

ASOS Strappy body con dress $46.89, ASOS

Rome leather sandal $139, Bebe

ASOS chunky leopard head ring $12.11, ASOS
This look is for the woman who is not intimidated by her own sexuality. When I see this, I think fearless. This all black look is perfect for the new spot that just opened up downtown that you and your girls have been plotting on hitting up for the longest! The strappy shoulders makes it so you won’t need a dramatic necklace, or any at all for that matter, and this 5 inch heel will add height to any 5′ nothing girl. And the chunky leopard head ring (reminiscent to the one Cartier made)? FIERCE!
**Quick tip: when you have a fancy or dramatic neck or shoulder, never wear a necklace! Too much going on in one area is the easiest way to ruin a look. Never over do it!
For the other 3 looks (that’s def worth a peak)
Look 3, Wild thing:

Unique Boutique knot shoulder animal print open side dress $101.60, ASOS

Estelle cross strap platform sandal $149, Bebe

Rhinestone elastic bracelets $10.80, Forever 21
This animal print dress forces you to keep the rest of the look simple! Pairing the simple platform sandals with the dress and with the only accessory being the elastic rhinestone bracelet, the dress remains the start and this look. This is perfect for the classy girl who loves to tap into her wild side when painting the town red. The look is classic, with a bit of wild child dancing in it.
**Quick tip: when you are wearing an item with a bold print (such as animal print) make sure you keep the rest of the look simple. You never want to do too much at one time, because then it will look like you are trying too hard. You never want that!
Look 4, day-to-night:

ASOS ruffle front racer back top $18.76, ASOS

Silence & Noise moto zip matte legging $38, Urban Outfitters

Steven by Steve Madden knot front heeled sandal $187.76, ASOS

Dimpled bangle set $4.80, Forever 21
I don’t know about you, but I’m not a big fan of dresses in clubs. These boys are fresh! This is for the girl who feels the same way I do. The sheer top gives an unmistaken element of sexy, but not too revealing- notice the ruffles strategically falls over the breast area. The matte leggings with the zip “trick” pockets gives this almost conservative look an edge and the Steve Madden boots and bracelets makes it perfect for the club. Side note: these Steve Madden boots came out a while back when Givenchy made a shoe very similar to this one, which all the celebs had, for the sake of having a cheaper alternative.
**Quick tip: when wearing a top that was not exactly made for the club (such as this one), make sure you spice up your look and add a bit of edge with a fierce legging or very sexy jean, and some freakum pumps. You always want to be appropriate for the occasion. This top would be a perfect example for a day-to-night look. For day, wear a tank underneath and for night, wear it as is.
Look 5, So chic:

ASOS bandeau body $18.76, ASOS

French Connection colour block high waist bubble skirt $84.40, ASOS

Kathryn Amberleigh patent caged lace back heeled sandals $195.38, ASOS

Large metal feather necklace $7.80, Forever 21
This look is definitely for the fly girl! The classy chic who isn’t into all the leather, lace and cages. It’s simplicity and maturity checks lames at the gate. This feather necklace will sit right above the bandeau top and the colour black high waisted skirt let’s your legs play and doesn’t stop you from dancing and enjoying yourself. The caged sandals plays off the ever popular YSL caged booties that retails for close to $2,000 (yikes!), and it adds an element of dare to the look. This look says “I’m a good girl, but I can be bad!”
**Quick tip: if you are wearing a high waisted skirt, don’t pair it with a top that is high as well. By doing so, you will shorten your torso. By wearing a high waisted skirt (that shows some leg) and a strapless bandeau style top, you will add about 2 inches to your height. When dressing, proper proportions reigns supreme.

I love this
I lus me some ASOS!
Great info
