Chrisette Michele was featured on VH1 Soul Stage last night. She is very good company, other performers previously featured were Raphael Saadiq, Q-Tip, and Erykah Badu. Chrisette is an effortless performer, she just embodies an old school singer, with a new school swag…

Chrisette Michele performed a variety of songs from her upcoming album, and her classic album, I AM. I am really feeling her new look, shout out to Miss. June Ambrose for reinventing the songstress. New looks can really change someones career, for example Rihanna.

The woman is simply amazing! I think it’s so rare that an artist can sound just like the record in person. There is probably a hand full of artist that can do that. With production from Ne-Yo on this album it is sure to be another classic for Chrisette…]
