We hit up the Ladies of Hennessy meet and greet last night at Home Nightclub & Lounge, and had a great time. We had a chance to chop it up with Melyssa Ford, Angelica Curves, and more. The Ladies of Hennessy Tour is Hennessy’s new event series that was brought to life in order to cater to their target consumer, minority men. With that being said, they handpicked models such as Melyssa Ford, Toccarra and more to host meet and greet events all around the U.S. Last night, they made a stop in New York City, and we were able to party it up with them as well.
Usually we don’t drink Hennessy (Trust, you don’t want to know why lol), but we couldn’t resist the open bar that they provided along with the delicious Hennessy Mojitos that they were serving up. Yes, we said Hennessy Mojitos, and they were in fact DELICIOUS! Who would have thought?
The event had a great networking vibe, as the music wasn’t too loud, and the crowd consisted mostly of press, tastemakers and Hennessy executives. Along with the models, we spotted several of our NYC buddies, including Amber J, Nigel from RealTalkNY, Andreas and Lowkey from BET.com, photographer, Jerrit Clark, and the good folks from WhatsPoppin.net, (who provided us with the pics that you see above.)
We also got a chance to chop it up with the beautiful veteran model, Melyssa Ford, and she definitely dropped some knowledge on the entertainment and modeling industries, and did not bite her tongue one bit. You would be surprised to hear what she had to say, so please look out for the exclusive interview coming soon!
