Browsing through my email this morning, one subject really caught my eye. Solange to open for the Michael Jackson World Tour(?). Now I’m a huge fan of Solange, and it blows my mind when I talk about her and people look at me like, “Who?” Solange’s album, Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams, was in fact one of my favorite albums of 2008. Unfortunately, not too many people agree.
So I’m wondering if this is such a good idea for her to open up for the legendary Michael Jackson. It’s definitely a plus for Solange because she will gain more recognition. People will probably say.. “Solange? Oh yeah that rings a bell.. I think that’s the girl that opened for MJ!” or, maybe people will really enjoy her performance and go out and buy her album. Whatever it is, that Matthew Knowles definitely knows what the hell he’s doing.

…too many people question Matthew and say he doesn’t work hard for the other ladies he manages but i digress. Not everyone can be Beyonce famous…he gets these ladies work. I’m a HUGE Solange fan myself so i hope that there is some truth to this-
