PLEASE!!!!! Have another sale on flip flops because I missed the first one I know you had alot of customers that day but you all should do better advertising because me and my friends didnt hear about the sale til the May 29th……you should try do a start off summer deal were you can get 2 pairs of flip flops for $1.50…………..that would be great!!!!!!!

went to the sale……..ppl were violent and pushing and shoving……..got to the checkout finally, another lady pushed in front of me even though there is a manager at the end of the looooooooong line directing customers to assigned registers…..MY clerk reached to the side and handed the line jumper a huge pile of the 99 cent flip flops and then coldly told me (without looking in my basket)that NONE of mine were on sale and didn’t want to take the time to look at them and tell me how much they were…….so now i’m going to shop at wet seal.com where their flip flops are higher quality, better made, much more stylish and on sale for $5 a pair…….and did i mention their clerks are also polite and will actually take the time to help? as far as i’m concerned, this was a huge publicity stunt on the part of old navy and their employees attempted to pull a fast one with the old bait and switch. so,so log, old navy. i will not be returning.

I work for Old Navy, and I would like for customers to know that lines will be long and even thought they will be on sale “all day” the flyer that we handed out states “While supplies last.” And there is a limit of 5 so that as many people possible can purchase some, so don’t be greedy people. So if you cant find your size or If we run out, don’t be upset because we are not going to care. THANKS!
