According to Bloomberg.com; MTV will be moving out of their Times Square location in NYC by the end of the year. They made an announcement via e-mail yesterday written by Melanie Keenan, the spokesperson for the SL Green Realty Corp stating that MTV’s lease will soon expire and they would look for another tenant. The space is going for 11.6 million in annual rent for the studio and its ground-floor store. MTV can still renew thier lease or they can decide to leave. Lets hope they stay.
