Ciara is reportedly going hard in the studio,  working with #1 hitmakers, Tricky Stewart and The Dream on her fourth album.   This is the same duo that has recently created #1 hits for both Beyonce and Mariah Carey, and  word has it that they have recorded over 14 tracks already for this upcoming project.

The album is said to take Ciara back to her “Goodies“ and “1,2 Step“ days, which is basically hat’s just the nice way of saying “when she was actually relevant”.   Tricky had this to say about the project:

“She came out to L.A. to work with us. We’re out here making this record ’cause it feels good and the vibe is good, This record obviously is gonna have tempo to it, but I think it’s gonna have even more substance than the last record, she dances and we always want to bring out what she does that other people don’t.”

The album will most likely see the light of day early 2010.  If the album sounds anything like Mariah’s latest project, Ciara may have some hits on her hands.  The Dream & Tricky are miracle makers lately.
