It seems as though the name “Shyne” was in everyone’s mouths today, as Tuesday, October 6th was the proposed date for the release of the rapper from serving 9 years of his 10 year sentence. However, earlier today, we learned that this so-called release was put on hold, as the rapper is was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Western New York State.
Currently, according to Global Grind, Shyne will be deported by this Friday, and US Immigration & Customs have given his family 24 hours to see Shyne before he is sent back to Belize. (His father is the prime minister of the country). We’ll wait until the official report before we believe that this is definite.
If you remember, Shyne was originally sentenced to 10 years in jail after being involved in a shooting with Diddy at a New York City nightclub.

It’s a mess up situation because his family waited 10 years to see their son FREE and now he has to leave the country.
Diddy has something to do with it. Kidding. Well the family can always go to Belize with him. Yes it’s not an ideal situation but the best part is he’s free and out of that hell hole he’s been in for the past 10 years.
Maybe its a good thing he’s going to Belize. Can you imagine being lock down for 91/2 years and coming back to NYC? The city has changed so much and the slow pace of the island might be better for him.
i hope diddy is doing right by this man and looking out for him because i think shyne took the rap for diddy, and now shyne’s whole career as a promising new artist is gone!!!
