Weezy was spotted in NY yesterday headed to court for a hearing over gun possession charges. Prosecutors claim that Wayne’s DNA is on the gun that was found on his tour bus back in 2007. However, Wayne’s lawyers say that the type of testing is problematic and that the weapon is not his.
