Rapper KRS-One will be helping out 3000 NYC homeless people on Thanksgiving at the Bowery Mission. He will be serving food from 8am to 7pm. This brings back memories for KRS-One because this is the same place that he once stayed at:
“I am participating in the Bowery Mission Thanksgiving Food Drive and Event because I myself was once homeless, walking these very streets, spending time with these wonderful people at the Bowery Mission, I depended on them to survive.”
This is a fabulous way to give back to the City.
