We were actually kind of pumped when we first heard about a concert with Foxy Brown and AZ at one of our favorite venues, SOBs. We even had high hopes that Nas may show up, however when we saw Foxy’s tweets a couple of days ago in regards to the concert, we knew something was up:
Needless to say, Foxy didn’t show, and neither did AZ. In fact, there was no concert at all.
The mix up was the fault of the promoters, not SOBs. SOBs in turn handled the situation perfectly, and fans were reimbursed. Man, some of these promoters are something else!

I saw foxy walk in, looking lucious LOL she had a haircut similar to Aaliyah’s & was looking cute. I saw AZ & his crew too.
The promoters need to stop lying to people.
I was there with three friends. Two of us bought tickets beforehand for $35.80 each, the other two paid $30 at the door. When we realized AZ and Foxy weren’t going to be performing, we started asking about refunds, and the venue staff told us to talk with the promoters. Unfortunately, the promoters were seen hustling down the street to exit the situation about 5 minutes before that. So, fans refunded? Not us.
