There’s only one person we can blame for this leotard-wearin’ mess–and that’s Beyonce. We gotta give it to B–she’s got the body and she looks absolutely fab dancing to Single Ladies in a leotard, but geez this DOES NOT mean that any ol’ body can just walk in the club wearing nothing but stilettos and a leotard.
Since the Single Ladies Video we’ve seen leopard print leotards, huge wedgie leotards, & zebra print leotards worn by “confident” women entering clubs in NYC—Com’mon ladies! We must do better for 2010.
Besides, who’s mom was wearing this at Loft 34? Her children need to smack her back to reality (pic after the jump)…
Maybe because I am a guy I don’t mind the trend… but its just that, a trend… give it some time… it will soon disappear!
This shouldn’t even be considered a trend. Beyonce wore it in her music video. She’s not out in public wearing it like these crazy chics.
