Mariah Carey is hard at work on her remix album with some industry heavyweights and a few newbies. Two tracks have released off Mariah’s remix album, Angels Advocate, one with Ne-Yo and the other track with Nicki Minaj. Both tracks are dope and they allow Mariah to shine through.
Mariah Carey had one of the most slept on albums of 09, and we still don’t understand why this album didn’t sell, but this is a smart move for her to do a solid remix album. Bringing Ne-Yo & Nicki Minaj on to the project was also very strategic. Those two artist are running the music game right now, so why not hop on the bandwagon?
