Sammie the R&B hit maker is back on the scene with a new EP called “It’s Time“, which will be showing a more mature and sexy side of the singer. (He is a very underrated artist and we still don’t understand why.)  Sammie spoke on his new project:

It’s Time’ is way for me to showcase the direction I’m going musically, lyrically, as an artist, but most importantly as a man. I’ve been though so many trials and tribulations throughout my life but moreson in my career and I feel like it’s my time to rise from all the obstacles that kept me compressed & rise up from those mishaps.

We are happy to see Sammie still grinding and trying to make it in this tough industry. With all the focus on Trey Songz right now, we wonder if him teaming up with Troy Taylor (Trey Songz mentor) will help give him that much needed push.
