Last night, Michelle Williams made her Broadway debut in the play, Chicago starring as Roxie Hart and taking the role away from Ashlee Simpson. Its good to see that Michelle is still stepping out on her own and making moves! The Destiny’s Child star, however, is no stranger to theatre, as she has previously starred in productions such as The Color Purple, and Aida as well.
An after-party was held last night as well, and stars such as Star Jones and Jay-Z were in attendance to show Michelle support. More pics below.
