Beyonce Comes Under Fire After People Notice Something About Photo Of Her With Twins

Beyoncé has only just released photos of her beautiful newborn twins, and fans are already commenting on her post-baby transformation. It has been one month since the singer superstar gave birth to Sir and Rumi Carter. Now, Beyoncé has finally unveiled her post-baby body on Instagram and fans are going crazy.

Wearing a blue-purple floral dress with a veil and cradling her tiny newborns, Beyoncé’s bronzed legs and taut tummy are on display in the artistic photo. Captioned: “Sir Carter and Rumi, one month today,” the Instagram post has currently received more than 10 million likes. But Beyoncé wasn’t finished showing off her post-baby transformation and has since uploaded two more photos to Instagram. Posing with hubby, Jay-Z, Beyoncé looked radiant in a low-cut white top and pink miniskirt.

After the photos were uploaded, social media exploded with equal parts awe and doubt. Unsurprisingly, the wittiest reactions were posted on Twitter, where millions of people commented on Beyoncé’s post-baby body.

“Watch the next picture Beyoncé post is gonna be her with all her baby weight gone and body snatched. She irritating,” tweeted ‘Kennie G’. But the snide disgruntled comments weren’t just confined to Twitter. Mara Schiavocampo, a correspondent for ABC, was also outraged by the photo and accused Beyoncé of photoshopping her body, saying: “You all know how much I love Beyoncé. But I found that photo with her twins to be really disappointing. NO ONE looks like that a month after having a baby, let alone TWO, in their mid-30s no less. Totally flat tummy…not a wrinkle or sag or stretch mark in sight. Those images are so damaging to regular women who have a baby and think, ‘what’s wrong with me?'”

After being criticized for her views, Ms. Schiavocampo struck back, justifying her comments by saying: “Unless she’s a genetic outlier, she’s going to great lengths to deceive us about what her body looks like ONE MONTH after giving birth. It creates the expectation that you are supposed to ‘snap back’ effortlessly in just weeks. Why not wait three months…or six? Or post a picture not in your underwear?”

However, despite other critical remarks, many Twitter users were happy and proud of Beyoncé, regardless of her post-baby weight. “Wish my body could bounce back after I eat a huge meal like how Beyoncé body bounce back after she had twins,” wrote ‘Maya A’ while ‘Harry’ wistfully wrote: “Beyoncé gave birth to twins exactly a month ago and already has a better body than me.”

Jonathan Alpert, a well-known body psychotherapist, has weighed in on the debate and sided against the critics, telling Yahoo: “While celebrities are subject to scrutiny regarding any area of their lives, one can only create an expectation for a famous person if they’re searching for it. It’s no one’s place to offer commentary on a woman’s body, and it’s not Beyoncé’s responsibility to make sure everyone is at peace with her body. All I see in this photo is a proud new mother holding her babies.”
