Some people put memory foam under their sheets, but according to Your Nation News, others put a bar of soap.
Some people around the internet have reported that putting a bar of soap under their sheets works as a relief for their restless leg syndrome. The scent of the soap is supposed to be soothing and helps those with restless leg syndrome get well-needed rest.
Other theories say that the healing benefits are derived from the ions that the soap releases.
You have to use a fresh bar of soap. It doesn’t matter what kind, as long as it’s new and smells good!
Put it under your bottom sheet only, so that the soap can breathe and its’ scent and the ions can come through. When the soap starts to dry out on the edges, it’s probably no longer giving off ions.
So, you’ll want to scrape all that off and get through to a layer of fresh soap.
