Cosmo Writer Uses Perfume Based On Her Vaginal Fluids

We all know that pheromones have an enormous impact on your ability to attract members of the opposite sex. Now, one Los Angeles woman has taken this idea to a whole new level; using her own vaginal fluid as a natural aphrodisiac perfume.

The woman in question, Allison Ramirez, a popular Cosmopolitan writer, spoke to the Daily Mail about her experience, saying bluntly: “you basically just have to stick a finger down there and then use said finger to dab your 'natural perfume' on your pulse points.”

According to the Daily Mail, this method of attracting men was first used in medieval Europe. Some history books allege that courtesans used the technique – “spritzing their vaginal secretions behind their ears and necks and on their chests” – to seduce wealthy men.

After doing some background reading, Allison, who is described by Cosmopolitan as a “20-something social media manager”, decided that using a vaginal fluid perfume was “a bit uncivilized.” To bring the seduction technique into the 21st Century, Allison enlisted some assistance from a well-known perfume maker.

By combining her own vaginal juices with erotic essential oils, the perfume maker, who has been identified as Saskia Wilson-Brown, was able to create a personalized scent for Ms. Ramirez. Specifically, Ms. Wilson-Brown – who founded and currently directs the Institute for Art and Olfaction – combined the vaginal juices with cinnamon, aniseed, and benzoin.

A Daily Mail report claims that lavender, licorice and even pumpkin pie have equally powerful aphrodisiac qualities.

By now, there was only one thing left for the enthusiastic Cosmopolitan writer to do: try out her new perfume on some dates.

After testing her personalized product on a string of sensual dates, Ms. Ramirez has concluded that the vaginal fluid-based perfume “actually works.” In her piece for Cosmopolitan, Ms. Ramirez claims that several of her dates complimented her on the distinctive scent.

In fact, one of the dates even escalated into raunchy territory, with one man enjoying a passionate kiss with Ms. Ramirez in an enclosed photo booth. Another date later contacted Ms. Ramirez via text, asking her if she’d like to meet up again in future.

In a second piece for Cosmopolitan, Ms. Ramirez expanded on her date experiences. While describing her photo booth smooch, the writer said: “Then all of a sudden, teeth! It was funny, but it also kind of hurt...[He replied] 'I can't help it. It's that scent you have…' The rest of the night was a blur, but his comment and actions were a pretty good indicator that my perfume was working.”

Ms. Ramirez thinks that other people also noticed her new scent, even asserting that a McDonald’s worker was more friendly than usual. “He usually rings me up without speaking to me, and this time I got a smile,” she writes.

However, several days later, Ms. Ramirez tried her scent again, wearing it for a date with an associate of one of her friends. Unfortunately, the “very natural perfume” triggered no response from the last date.
