Matt Neal is a 26-year-old from Michigan, who is currently on dialysis for his two failing kidneys--he also needs a kidney transplant. In his state, it can take years to wait for a kidney transplant. As a result, he has decided to sell his Yeezy shoes for someone's kidney. The pair he has retails for $1,000 on eBay.
He wrote on Facebook "People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!! Well here's your chance, I'm 26 with 2 failing kidneys. Blood type: B+ S/O is a kidney that has been abused by being a hype beast. BIN: One working kidney from a true sneaker head"
He also wrote on his page "With all the people getting in touch with me about getting tested it is going to be really hard to message everyone individually. I'm going to find time over the coming days to get back to you all individually. Thank you for all of your love and interest!" Even if he doesn't gain a kidney, he hopes that his actions will inspire people to donate to others in need.
