Women Teach Man A Lesson Who Booked 6 Dates On Same Night

It takes a brave person to agree to go out on a blind date. Sure, sometimes they can work out. Some have even led couples to the altar. But there's always the potential for a complete disaster. One woman from Washington D.C. tweeted about her blind date from hell. She might not have ended up with a boyfriend, but she did end up with a few new pals.

One of the cardinal rules of blind dates is that you don't double-book. If you're so worried that someone might stand you up, just don't make a date with the person. If you're going to make the date, take the plunge - make sure you'll be able to focus on that date.

One man, unfortunately, didn't get that particular bit of advice. He scheduled a date with not one woman, not two or three, but six women. That's right - the man, who was clearly paranoid about going home alone that night and wanted to give himself great odds, scheduled six dates at the same place, at the same time, on the same night, with six different women.

Lisette Pylant was one of those women. She was set up by a friend, and arrived at the bar where she planned to meet the guy. It was Pylant's birthday, and she thought it might be a fun night. Shortly into the date, another friend, this one who works at the bar, sent her a text. "Said friend proceeds to text me telling me this guy sucks and I should run," she tweeted.

A second woman showed up, ready for her date. Pylant realized the guy double-booked her. While she thought that was a creepy move, she didn't want to embarrass date number two, so she decided to 'play the friend'. She felt it might be less awkward.

When the man walked away for a moment, Pylant turned to explain to the second woman what was going on. That's when a third woman arrived, looking for the same man.

'Less awkward' was no longer an option. It was as awkward as things get. The women quickly bonded over it. "The two girls and I decided to be best friends, left together to go get drinks and dinner at another bar and left homeboy with the bill," she tweeted.

The man was actually upset that Pylant was leaving. He texted her, "Come outside plz.... Do you hate me? I hope not. Couldn't tell."

Obviously, reading women was not this guy's strong point.

A little while later, the bartender friend texted Pylant and the girls having drinks to report that a fourth date had arrived. They went back to rescue date #4, when they intercepted date #5. Pylant and the other two women let them in on what was going on, and the five women joined forces to go confront the man.

They found him with a sixth date.

The man finally stormed out. The women, however, found new friendships, and have a great story to tell.
