One might shudder to think of what could happen if you walked through a busy city in only panties and pasties. But no one noticed a thing when this woman walked around.
They didn’t even realize she was practically naked until she told them. According to Epic Things, Julie spent the entire day walking around with paint that gave the illusion that she was wearing clothes. She decided to gain self-confidence.
Julie said she has body image issues every since a classmate made comments about her thighs when she performed in a leotard for a high school musical.
“I feel like I conquered a really huge fear that I’ve had,” she said. “You feel naked or you feel all these negative things about yourself that no one else sees, and no one else understands.”
With just some pasties on and some underwear, body painter Pashur House was able to transform Julie skin into a white t-shirt and jeans. The experience made Julie think about what she would have wanted to tell her younger self.
“Be strong and to not listen to what other people say and to not let it matter so much because it doesn’t,” she said. “What matters inside is what counts the most, and that’s where your strength and your beauty comes from first.”
