Despite all the drama with their record label, Nina Sky is still are in the mood to party. The twins celebrated their 24th birthday at R Bar in New York City last night. Diplo was on the 1s & 2s while Natalie and Nicole partied with their close friends and family.

Its not hard to tell these two apart, but we always forget who is who. They made it even harder now that they both are rocking jet black hair.

New Video: Lady GaGa & Beyonce – Telephone

The wait is over! Lady GaGa & Beyonce video for “Telephone” has finally premiered, and is video is visually amazing from start to finish. The theme of the video was a play off of Quentin Tarantino’s popular film Kill Bill, and Tarantino even lent Gaga his infamous “Pussy Wagon” for the cause. Love it! Singer/Actor, Tyrese, makes a cameo as well.

The dance break at the end inside the diner is hands down the best part. The dance moves were very Lady Gaga, unlike the “Video Phone” dance break. We hope you enjoy the video has much as we did.

Fab Female: Deja Vu of Power 105.1 FM

The radio industry is like any other part of the entertainment world, MALE DOMINATED, but there are still a lot of women holding their own and taking control. Power 105’s Deja Vu is definitely one of those women. As a radio personality from the south who is holding her own in the belly of the beast, New York City, she is definitely a “Fab Female”.

Deja Vu is the girl you listen to at work to get you through the day, the lady you follow on twitter to keep you in stitches, and she is also a woman who your children may look up to. From radio personality to a motivational speaker, Deja Vu uses her pipes to reach the masses.

“To dominate in this industry, women need to focus and develop a thick skin. You will have to work twice as hard as your male counterparts to reach the top. There will be haters, both men and women alike. However, when traversing the winding path of success you have to know how to navigate the rest area called the boys’ club.”

ATF: What made you get into the entertainment industry?

Deja Vu: I always wanted to be a broadcaster. I got my first tape recorder ( ooh that sounds old) at age 8. I used to walk around interviewing people with my tape recorder and empty paper towel holder (the cardboard stick)! Then in jr high my band teacher gave me a microphone (it wasn’t attached to anything), and I carried that around with my fictitious radio station WXYZ FM 92. LOL! I got written up on referrals trying to interview my teachers while they were teaching, all through high school! LOL.

ATF: When did you say “I’m gonna be on radio”?

DV: Although I was doing the pretend radio thing, I always wanted to do hard news on television.

ATF: There are many women in the radio game, what set Déjà Vu apart from the rest?

DV: I believe the thing that sets me apart is my love of teens and community. I believe that I have a responsibility to my listeners to give back, not just with music, but with my time, service an appreciation. The microphone is a powerful tool, it’s my purpose to use it to inspire, motivate and empower.

ATF: How do you feel a woman can dominate in this male driven industry?

DV: To dominate in this industry, women need to focus and develop a thick skin. You will have to work twice as hard as your male counterparts to reach the top. There will be haters, both men and women alike. However, when traversing the winding path of success you have to know how to navigate the rest area called the boys’ club. You will be called the BWord for standing your ground, but in the end you’ll be glad you were true to you!

ATF: Now I heard you have your own community outreach programs, tell us about it.…

DV: I have a non-profit called The Flava Unit ( not to be confused w/Queen Latifah’s FlavOR Unit). They are NYC high school students that meet weekly and do approx. 2 service projects per month throughout the 5 NYC boroughs. In every radio market I’ve been in, I’ve started a branch of the Flava Unit. Some of my former students are now PHd’s, doctors and educators. A couple even followed in my footsteps and pursued broadcasting. We are now preparing a leadership and health series within the group. My main goal is to put on a national symposium.

I am also a motivational speaker/life coach helping women (18-70) focus on their goals and achieve their vision of success. Check out www.sistagirlz.com for the next session!

ATF: What is your end all be all career goal?

DV: My end all be all career goal is to work with Oprah and have a show on her O.W.N. network! (laughs). And to write a best-seller! And to…it never ends (laughs).

ATF: Did you ever want to quit radio and try something else?

DV: If I were to ever leave radio, it would be to speak full time and to open a community center. However, I have become accustomed to a certain life style.

ATF: So tell us how you got where you are today?

DV: My Career Journey is Looong! We’ll save the juice details for the book! Moved around the country from station to station doing Middays, Afternoons and eventually becoming a Program Director. I was offered the gig in NYC after I had just moved to Virginia. All of my moves except for one have been with Clear Channel.

ATF: You’re recently engaged, how do you manage a crazy busy career and personal life?

DV: Maintaing this mantra keeps me sane: God 1st, Family 2nd, and Career 3rd. That’s how I keep my priorities straight. I am planning my wedding for 2011 and I know it will get hectic, but I thrive off of the adrenaline rush of getting the job done!

ATF: Who is your dream celebrity to interview?

DV: Dream Celeb interviews : Oprah (of course)…that’s it. I already interviewed Beyonce and maybe Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie …I’m reaching for the movie stars, baby (laughs). Hip-Hop…I’ve done ‘em all except Jay-Z.

Was Gabourey Sidibe Robbed Of An Oscar?

A lot of people are having mixed emotions about Gabourey Sidibe not winning the Oscar for Best Actress over the weekend at the Academy Awards. Some think she deserved it because her performance was better than Sandra Bullock in “The Blind Side“. On the other hand Bullock is a lot of people’s favorite actress and she has been recognizable since “Speed“

We love both of the ladies, but after seeing this video of Gabourey Sidibe audition for her role in Precious, maybe she did deserve to get something besides a NAACP award. This was her first role, and she never even planned on being an actress. This audition tape gives you chills, and we are hoping she can get another role after this.

Teairra Mari has finally put out a watch worthy video. The songstress teamed up with Soulja Boy & Gucci Mane for her latest single, Sponsor, which is set to be her biggest record yet. The video is so what we expected it to be. Dancing, shopping, and boo loving with Soulja Boy.

The video was directed by Benny Boom and has a cameo from Vanessa Simmons. We are not feeling Vanessa Simmons hair at all, it ages her majorly. Overall, the video is cute and its one of Teairra’s best to date. The twist at the end is super cute, but we aren’t going to give it away.

In Case You Missed It: Ludacris Performs “How Low” on David Letterman

Last Night, Ludacris performed his smash hit single, “How Low,” on David Letterman, and the rap vet gave a great performance of the club banger. He was full of energy and seemed to enjoy himself the whole time. Luda is just on point right now. The promo for this new album is crazy!

Ludacris also did something very rare by leaking a song from his album on purpose. He gave the world a taste of a track called “Sex Room” featuring Trey Songz (of course!). You can check out that track after the jump.. “Battle Of The Sexes” drops March 9th.

Nicki Minaj Just Can’t Lose! New Single + New Video

Nicki Minaj is determined to take over the music scene. She picked a great time, because there isn’t one other female rapper out right now. It does sadden us to see Foxy Brown and Lil’ Kim in their current states, however Nicki Minaj is every ones favorite female rapper in one package. She can actually rap and has sex appeal for days.

Nicki Minaj is setting up to release her debut single, “Massive Attack“, but plans to take her time and not rush her album just because her buzz is crazy right now.

“The first single is called ‘Massive Attack.’ Sean Garrett produced it. It’ll be out very soon. I don’t have an exact date, but it will drop right on time, we’re actually shooting the video within a week,” she disclosed. “I can’t wait for you guys to see it.” - says Nicki to Rap-Up.com

New Video: Trey Songz – Neighbors Know My Name

Trey Songz has released a video for his 6th single, “Neighbors Know My Name” via Power105.1 website today. The video is basically part 2 of “Invented Sex“. Sex, Sex, Sex, and more Sex is the only words that can describe this video. Trey is R&B’s newest sex symbol and finally Atlantic knows how to market him.

The video stars supermodel Jessica White as the leading lady, and she is the perfect fit! If she she didn’t have ad campaigns and fashion spread coming out left & right people would think she is just a video vixen. Jessica has also starred in John Legend and Robin Thicke videos just to name a few.

The video is everything we expected it to be. We hope you enjoy, as much as we did. The next video from Trey Songz is “Yo Side Of The Bed” starring Keri Hilson. (We are hoping that will be the last single.)

Rihanna appeared on AOL Sessions to promote her latest album, Rated R. We got a chance to watch her performances yesterday and enjoyed all of them, surprisingly. Her album, “Rated R,” is currently in stores now and her single, “Rude Boy,” is rising up the charts slowly but surely.

The best performance is hands down “Rude Boy”, she just seems in her element while performing that record. We are predicting “Stupid In Love” is going to be her next single, being that it’s just a good followup to this club track.

Lady GaGa Covers Q Magazine Topless!

Lady Gaga just can’t seem to keep her clothes on in her recent photo shoots. Gaga is featured on the latest issue of British music magazine, Q. On the cover she is topless while rocking a pair of spiked pair of slacks, and in the interview, she discusses her emotional battles with her record label over her individual style.

“The last thing a young woman needs is another picture of a sexy pop star writhing in sand, covered in grease, touching herself. My image was an issue at my record label. I fought for months and cried at meetings. I got criticised for being arrogant because if you’re sure of yourself as a woman they say you’re a bitch whereas if you’re a man and you’re strong-willed it’s normal.”

We gotta agree with GaGa. No matter how crazy this woman is, she is very intelligent and she knows how to pimp this industry. Lady Gaga ain’t going nowhere no time soon.
