Jim Jones is getting his model on now. The Harlem rapper is now appearing in ad campaigns for Timberland, and is the spokesman for the Ronnie Fieg Collection. This is a really good look for him, (and almost makes us take our minds off of that play he tried a while back)

Jim Jones is probably the best person to model for the brand. When is he never not in Timbs?

Behind The Scenes: Stomp The Yard 2 – Homecoming

Now we know everyone has seen Stomp The Yard, the flick that brought attention to Columbus Short. The movie also was Chris Brown’s first acting gig. (Columbus is also rumored to be returning. We’ve got our fingers crossed.

The sequel to the hit film, Stomp The Yard 2 : Homecoming, is being shot down in ATL, and this edition stars Pooch Hall (Derwin from The Game), Terrance J, Teyana Taylor, David Banner, Keily Williams of 3LW , and many more.

We are super hype to see the film, it shows HBCU life so well. They are using extras from some of the nearby schools like Clark Atlanta, Spelman, and Morehouse. We are most excited to see Pooch Hall & Teyana Taylor on the big screen, they are really doing their thing on set we hear.

Meanwhile, earlier today, snippets of Chris Brown’s Larry King interview (the first interview since “Chrihanna-gate”) hit the net, and basically sent everyone into a frenzy. In this interview, he is claiming to still love Rihanna and says that he doesn’t remember assaulting her.

At the same time, we wonder why Rihanna isn’t speaking out about the situation, and is choosing to simply ignore it. Granted, that’s her choice, but its basically like there is a big elephant in the room and everyone it trying their hardest to act like it doesn’t exist. It would be nice if she could let all the young girls that idolize her know the real deal about getting out of an abusive relationship. Guess it doesn’t matter as long as she keeps these fab pics coming…

Beyonce & Solange Knowles were spotted overseas in Japan promoting Samantha Thavasa new bag line for Disney. Both women looked gorgeous and stylist (Solange’s shoes are to die for). This is the first time Solange is debuting her short hair do in public. The first time she rocked it was when she was taking her son to school, and the blogs hate her alive. But this cut is actually flattering on Solange, and it dramatically separates her from her sister, Beyonce.

Over the weekend, Adrienne Bailon & Beyonce both looked fabulous. Adrienne was spotted working the carpet @ Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation’s 10th Anniversary Art For Life Benefit in the Hamptons. She was rocking the simple one-shoulder white dress with a fresh face. Beyonce was helping the hungry on one of her tour stops, wearing a two toned green jumper. She was recently spotted here in NYC leaving Da Silvano Restaurant, rocking her new haircut, as she has shaved her head like every other “different” chick (aka pop star. Danity Kane Who? Dawn Richard can say “Mission Accomplished”. After seeing these crazy dope photos of Dawn taken for HoneyMag.com, you almost forget that she was even in that group. We all are going to miss Danity Kane, but we are definitely interested in hearing and seeing what Dawn will do next. She is overly positive and humble in her interview with the magazine. This woman deserves all the success in the world, she has worked extra hard to make it in the color, hair, and money obsessed industry. Go ‘Head Dawn!

“The best thing a woman can do is love herself. Love yourself, ladies. No matter what skin you’re in, no matter what eye color, nationality. Whatever you are love who you are. These two are truly in love, guess people really can find love on reality TV. Dawn Richard & Que of Day26 recently did a photoshoot with celebrity photog Derek Blanks. D.Blanks is most known for his alter-ego shoots, which we love. He pulled out all the stops for these two lovebirds. We love the good vs evil theme. And we see Dawn pulling out her dominatrix side in one of the photos. We are definitely feeling Dawn’s new haircut, very edgy chic. It’s perfect for her face shape and new found swag.
