It’s been hot and humid, and it’s been bringing out the straight funkiness out of people.  I was on the subway yesterday and some dude had his arm in the air…and “gasp” I  couldn’t take it.  Where is the hygiene? Yes, it’s hot, but preventive measures have to be taken.
