Fabolous celebrated his birthday party last night at NYC’s Hotel Rivington, and hip hop’s elite was in attendance. Diddy stopped by to wish Fab a happy birthday, and Jay-Z did as well!

Amber Rose and Zoe Saldana both attended the Elle 16th Annual Women in Hollywood event looking quite classy. Amber Rose looked phenomenal and has really transformed herself into a true beauty. Zoe, who received the Calvin Klein Collection Spotlight Award, always keeps it chic on the red carpet and this event was no exception. These two ladies definitely have their style steez on lock.

Coco-T and Amber Rose Ham it Up at NYC’s “Good Hair” Screening Afterparty + Chris Rock Being Sued?!

Coco-T and Amber Rose both attended the Chris Rock’s “Good Hair” movie screening looking like two peas in a pod last night. They definitely took the opportunity to ham it up for the cameras, and looked like a match made in heaven.

Other attendees included Chris Rock (of course), Paul Mooney, Ice-T, Nelson George, Nia Long, Ashanti, Gayle King and more.

Radar Online is reporting that a Los Angeles woman by the name of Regina Kimbell, slapped a 5 million dollar lawsuit against Chris Rock for the film, saying that he stole the idea for the film from a 2005 documentary “My Nappy Roots”. She claims that she showed him the film while on the set of his hit show, “Everyone Hates Chris”. Her doc also features celebrities discussing their hair, and the like.

This past weekend, music executive, Lyor Cohen, celebrated his 50th birthday party in the city, and many of the music and entertainment industry’s elite were in attendance. Russell Simmons took us inside the event through his twitter page, and decided to share some exclusive pictures with us. (Sidebar: Amber Rose is really the only person who can get away with wearing dark shades in the club.)

Last night Russell told me his lifelong partner Lyor Cohen celebrated his 50 birthday. Dj Cassidy was on the turntables. Trey Songz performed while Jay-Z, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Kanye West, Jon Bon Jovi, Kevin Liles, Mayor Cory Booker and Veronica Webb along with many business leaders, artists and politicians attended and everyone had great time. It’s such a cool thing to see friends hang out and enjoy them self and last night we got the chance to see two life long friends and business partners celebrate life. Russell Simmons tweeted some images and words from Lyor’s birthday party thrown by Lyor’s beautiful girlfriend Tory Burch.

Nice. Oh, to be a fly on that wall…

Who Looks More Fab? Amber Rose or Alexis Phifer At US Weekly’s Event

US Weekly hosted their annual “25 Most Stylish New Yorkers” event last night, and of course, this brought out some of the city’s most fashionable fab females. Celebs such as Alicia Keys, Martha Stewart, model Christie Brinkley, a few of the ‘Real NYC Housewives‘, Sherri Shepard, Kat Deluna, and more attended.

However, what stood out the most to us was that Kanye West’s ex-fiance, Alexis Phifer, and his current boo, Amber Rose were both in attendance. We wonder if they spoke to each other, or even traded notes. You know we have to be messy sometimes

We haven’t seen these two together in a while. Russell Simmons & Kimora Lee were spotted last night smiling for the paps backstage at the Baby Phat Show. This is how divorced parents should act, well at least in public. Kimora still has that mommy glow, but when doesn’t she have that? Baby Phat is always the most star studded show during NYC Fashion Week. Celebs such as DJ Clue, Kim Kardashian, Amber Rose, and many more were all there to see if Kimora still had her touch. Amber Rose is truly becoming a star in her own right. Miss.Rose got her runway walk on in the Celestino fashion show during NYC Fashion Week. We aren’t crazy about the look. The tattoo and bald head just don’t fit the bridal gown.

She should have walked in a more edgy show that fits her overall image. We love us some Amber Rose, but she was used only to bring attention to this show. Check out who showed up to support Amber after the jump.

Kanye West Bumrushes Taylor Swift at the VMAs

Wow…Just wow. Check out this video of Kanye West interrupting Taylor Swift as she accepts her award for “Best Female Video” at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. A-mazing. Watch as he grabs the mic and says:

“With all due respect, Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time!”

We can’t believe that really happened! Was this real or fake? Was Kanye in the wrong for this?
In Kanye’s defense, he was sippin’ on a bottle of Henny while he was on the red carpet. SMH

Amber Rose Turns Heads at The Griffin

Kanye West’s boo, Amber Rose had an event in her honor at The Griffin in the notorious meatpacking district last night. The event was also hosted by Russell Simmons, (You know he loves the models)

As mentioned before, she was also on stage with Kanye during his performance at MSG, so clearly they had a busy night.
