Update: Willie of Day 26 Releases Statement

Yesterday, we provided a link that showed Willie of Day 26 nude. The pictures have been floating all over the internet and eventually got to Willie, who released a statement yesterday saying:

It has been brought to my attention that private and personal photos of mine are currently circulating the web. As a man that is barely home with his family, my wife and I share some intimate moments the best way that we can. It is incredibly disturbing that someone with bad intentions would illegally hack into my email account and distribute these private moments to the world. I ask that everyone respect the privacy of my family. Also, I offer my sincere apologies to my fans.”

Willie, this is the second time this is happening. It might be best to share those intimate moments with wifey in person. Via email, phone, or using any of type of technology, expect those pictures to be hacked as well!

Willie of Day26 just can’t seem to keep his clothes on. This dude has been exposed on the internet all over again. It kinda sucks because now women don’t even have to imagine what he looks like in the sheets anymore. In these photos you may not be able to see his face, but those are all his tats, just compare the photos.

Okay, Okay, Que we get the picture. You are in love with Dawn Richard. Que recently sat down with Sister2Sister Magazine to dish about how he feels about Dawn of Dirty Money. It seems like every other week Que is professing his love to this woman, but Dawn rarely speaks on their relationship. That’s saying a lot right there..Check out what Que had to say:

This has been a great week in new music, Mariah Carey & Letoya Luckett have both dropped singles that we are totally in love . Is the summer ready for these two divas on the charts?

Drake, Trey Songz, and Day 26 are among other artist that have shot videos and dropped singles this week…

This video for “Broken Hearted Girl” is simple but really good. It shows all of Beyonce’s beauty and talent.

Will recently updated his official youtube channel with an exclusive look at Day 26’s “Perfectly Blind” music video. Directed by Iran Shedfield, this will be the third single from their sophomore album “Forever In A Day”.

Mariah Carey has returned trying to get another #1 single. The lead track off her Memiors of an Imperfect Angel album is “Obsessed“. We are literally obsessed with this song! The songs talks about a guy that is totally obsessed with you that he actually runs around lying about your relationship, or lack there of one. Mariah worked with The-Dream & Tricky on this track, that’s why their is a lil auto-tune. I wonder what Jay-Z has to say about this one… It’s said that she is coming at Eminem, because he continues to talk about their rumored relationship.

Mariah Carey – Obsessed

LeToya Lucket refuses to disappear in the shadows of these other R&B divas. You can always expect a great sad song from Miss.LeToya, and she sure brought it this time. Her next album is entitled Lady Love, and the latest single is “Don’t Need You”. The song empowers you and let’s you know you deserve and need better. This is a great breakup song for the songstress. The lyrics are incredible and really heartfelt. The track was produced by Madd Scientist.

LeToya Lucket – I Don’t Need You

Detroit based singer, K’Jon, has been getting a serious buzz on the internet as fans look forward to his album, I Get Around, which will be released the first week of August. Check out K’Jon myspace to hear tracks from his upcoming album.

Trey Songz & Drake are like the greatest duo in the world right now. With new albums set to drop soon, they guys hit the studio again. Trey Songz latest leaked track “Invented Sex” is a catchy foreplay song, that will get anyone in the mood to do that nasty…Drake adds his swag to the already dope track. These two should just have a mixtape together, that would be HUGE. We love that Trey Songz is starting to get more respect by the music world. We just hope they don’t start crediting Drake for his recent success..

It seems like we’ve been waiting half a century for a new single from Rihanna. “Te Amo” is infused with latin strings and carries with it the aura of summer. Keri Hilson, Jamie Foxx, Soulja Boy, NERD, Ryan Leslie and The Dream attended the award announcements at the BET studios in NYC yesterday. Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne are also on the long list of nominees. Jamie Foxx is all set to host the event which will include performances by Beyonce, Maxwell and Ne-Yo. The BET Awards 2009 airs live from The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on June 28th at 8pm EST/PST. Flicks and the full list of nominees after the jump.

Day 26 X MTV Photoshoot

Day 26 struck a few new poses for MTV recently. They’ve been super busy touring the country and promoting their latest number one album release ‘Forever In A Day’. Que’s been getting his shirt ripped by screaming fans, Willie’s been making it rain in the strip club, and last I read Robert was king of the G-spot Narnia. I don’t even wanna know what that means. On to the flickery…

Event Recap: Terrence J’s Birthday Party

The birthday boy, Terrence J (106 & Park) celebrated his special day last night at Retreat. Hit the jump to see who all showed up and how it went down.

We headed over to Retreat last night to support Terrence J and our girl, Amber Ravenel, the organizer of the event. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by cocktail waitresses dressed as Vegas showgirls and were passed complimentary drinks, courtesy of Rhythm. (Not a fan of the drink, but it was free, so I was happy.) The casino theme was also a very nice touch, as party goers seemed to be having fun getting their gamble on at the Black Jack table and winning prizes.

The event started at 9pm, and we were surprised that the venue was already packed to the brim when we arrived around 9:30. It was especially packed by scantily clad females, who seemed anxious to get a piece of the birthday boy.

Shortly after we arrived, we spotted Rocsi in the building. (She doesn’t look too amused here)

We left before Day 26 arrived, but all damn night I kept hearing females say “I THOUGHT DAY 26 WAS SUPPOSED TO COME. WHERE ARE THEY?” (See what I mean? Groupies lol)

Lil’ Cease was in the building to support. He was definitely not much taller than me, but he seemed chill and laid back.

What’s a party without Stephen Hill??? You know he was there.

Kevin Liles and Debra Lee showed up as well. Yes, there was a lot of power in the room.

Grand Puba of Brand Nubian showed up as well, Incredible Hulk in hand. Random. We later saw him perform with The Roots at Highline Ballroom. (More on that later.)

Of course the cast of “Harlem Heights” was there.

D. Woods came through as well. She’s in town for the “Making the Band” finale tomorrow.

The Black Jack table was definitely a hit, and made up for the DJ, who was all over the place with the music, and the sketchy sound system.

Overall, it was a good time, as we got to attend a memorable event and party with a lot of our friends.

Day 26 Album Release Party At Ed Hardy

Last night ATF hit up Ed Hardy for the Day 26 ‘Forever In A Day‘ Album Release Party. Spotted in the building were Dawn Richard, Donnie Klang,Terrence J, Jaslene Gonzalez, Gorilla Zoe, Def Poet Shanelle Gabriel, Sophia Fresh, Black Buddahfly, Briana from Harlem Heights and many others.

For a play by play of what our experience was like…

Security was yoking up people all night for leaning on the precious Ed Hardy merchandise. The house was packed to the point where I was worrying about capacity limits and all that. “Imma Put It On Her“ played when the boys arrived. They glided through the crowd looking all adorable and emotionally stable. Folks sipped on Nuvo-based drinks while waiting for our favorite men to come through and there were beautiful models dressed as mermaids posted up randomly around the store. (We even saw some guy seriously hitting on one of them. Damn shame.)

Shouts out to Ola for a smooth, non-chaotic entry to the event!

We left the humid main event and headed over to the afterparty held at a “secret location” a block away. Real intimate and maze-like. The DJ threw on some Drake and every female in the place screamed and sighed all at the same time. Priceless. He doesn’t even have to be in the room for chicks to go crazy.

Minus the sweltering temperatures from the first event, it was an enjoyable night. Go cop that album! :]

Sidebar: It amazes me how different people look when you take away their weave. I can’t say any names because we were later introduced to her and she seemed pretty nice.
