Beyonce has to be one of the most praised, envied, and hated women on the planet. It seems like everyone has something to say about her in one way shape of form. Nia Long even joined the bandwagon, which is shocking because no one has heard from her in years.

“If you’re a singer not an actress, you should sing. If you’re a rapper, you should rap,” “If you take time to develop your craft, God bless you. Jamie Foxx is an example of both [actor and singer].”

“I didn’t see ‘Obsessed,’ so I can’t comment, but it’s just not about how talented you are anymore. The cover art has been released for LeToya Luckett’s upcoming album, Lady Love, which is set to drop later this summer. Letoya has come a long way since her Destiny’s Child days. From Kelly and Solange getting dropped by their labels, to Beyonce touring all over the country, to a Destiny’s Child reunion, this whole camp has been in the news a lot this week. We’re also glad to see that Letoya is doing her thing as well. With that being said, we wanted to take it back to where it all started. When Destiny’s Child first came on the scene, did you think that they would ever get as big as they’ve become? Did you think that Beyonce would become the mega superstar that she is today?

I am so hype right now, I have just caught word that we will be hearing a new album from my favorite girl group, Destiny’s Child, sooner than later. The bad part about this all, is that they are being forced to do another album because of their contract with Columbia Records. They still owe the label another record. The comeback is being planned for after Beyonce’s current tour and album promotion, perhaps 2011. I am so excited about this news, I have been to  every Destiny’s Child concert. I still remember when they opened for Christina back in the day…
