Kanye West struggled a bit through this performance of “Love Lockdown” on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. Sad to say, but I was cringing throughout the whole thing. I will say that he somewhat redeemed himself with his performance of “Heartless“. Check it out after the jump. (more…)
z100’s Jingle Ball Jam went down this past Friday and there were a number of performances and even a few surprise guests. Rihanna and Chris Brown performed together, and looked super-cute while doing it. (I’m really starting to like these two as a couple.)
Other performers included Lady Gaga, Leona Lewis, Brandy, Katy Perry, Ne-yo, and even a surprise performance from Kanye West! Check out some backstage flicks…
The celebs were in the UK for the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards in Liverpool, England…My girl Beyonce performed “If I were A Boy” and Kanye West performed twice, Love Lockdown & American Boy with Estelle. Katy Perry, Leona Lewis, Solange, P!nk, and Craig David were also there for the show. I am excited to see this show. I am really feeling everyone’s outfits on the red carpet. Everyone kept it very simple and classy…I am loving Beyonce’s robot glove. I didn’t know she was gonna be rocking it on carpets and stuff. Let me find she going out to eat with Jay-Z with a robot glove on. Check out Beyonce & Kanye’s performances and red carpet pics after the jump… (more…)
I am NOT feeling the robotic-singing Kanye West. He’s trying something new and maybe it has to grow on me. Let’s see how his album sales do this time around.
Yeah, its official. Kanye West and Alexis Phifer are no longer together. Alexis recently confirmed the split to People:
“It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends,” Phifer tells PEOPLE. “I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met.”
According to a friend, they were “going through a rough time”. I’m actually sad about this. They were a fly couple indeed.
Kanye West is pictured above with Takashi Murakami and Marc Jacobs at “Murakami” Exhibition Opening at The Brooklyn Museum. West performed and he look like he killed it.
