Chanel Iman is just becoming a brand all on her own now. This girl is just everywhere, and her range is crazy!. There aren’t many high fashion models that can cross over into mainstream markets. Looks like Tyra Banks was right about her being the next big thing.

Chanel is one of the new faces of H&M for their fall campaign, and we have to give her kudos for this. H&M is a big brand and its just getting bigger from here. We don’t know one person that doesn’t own something from H&M in their closet.

Kimora Attends the 09 Emery Awards + Set to Return as a Judge on ANTM

Kimora Lee Simmons was spotted earlier this week strutting on the red carpet of the 2009 Emery Awards at Cipriani.

For those that don’t know, here is some background on the awards:

Each year, The Emery Awards honor individuals and corporations that exemplify The Hetrick-Martin Institute’s mission of providing a safe and supportive environment for all young people – regardless of their sexual orientation or identity – as well as those who have demonstrated outstanding leadership within the LGBTQ community.

We all know Kimora supports “The Kids”!

According to The NY Daily News, she will also be returning as a judge on America’s Next Top Model despite rumors that she and Tyra Banks were having “issues”. The show was getting extremely boring, but Kimora will definitely bring it back to life! More info on her return below:

According to on-set sources, Tyra Banks’ CW beauty contest (which is experiencing the lowest ratings of its 13 seasons) will get a helping hand from none other than Banks’ on-again, off-again frenemy, Kimora Lee Simmons, who Tyra has recruited to serve as a judge next season.

Kimora’s return will also kick Miss Jay out of his full-time judge position and back to his duty as a runway coach:

Kimora, who will fill the seat occupied by celebrity guest judges like Kim Kardashian, Chanel Iman and Jessica White, won’t be the only Type A personality on the bench: Word is that fan favorite J. Alexander is getting bounced back to his original role as runway coach and will be replaced by Vogue editor at large Andre Leon Talley.

Hmm…maybe this will give us a reason to actually watch the show again.

Chanel Iman is just shutting down the modeling industry one photo shoot at a time. This chick is really unstoppable! The skinny supermodel recently did a kinky little shoot for Deutsch Magazine, and we just love the shots of her in the platinum blond wig…SO FAB!

Chanel has come a long way since Tyra Banks introduced her a couple years ago on The Tyra Show.

Chanel Iman is a bad chick. She has also been officially named a Victoria’s Secret model, which will undoubtedly give her career a major push. (Although, she may need to gain some weight before we see her on the cover of Sports Illustrated )

Forbes Says Tyra Banks is One of Primetime’s Biggest Earners!

Tyra Banks has topped Forbes List of the richest women on primetime TV. She is definitely following footsteps of her idol Oprah Winfrey, and has earned a wopping $30 million during the 12-month period of June of 2008 to June of 2009. This money comes by way of her hit series “America’s Next Top Model”, her daytime show, and other endorsement deals. Tyra has definitely come a long way from her supermodel days and acting.

Two thumbs up for her!

A makeup-less, dressed down Tyra Banks was spotted earlier this morning hopping out of a car in the trendy Meatpacking District area. She was either headed to Soho House, an exclusive private members’ club and hotel (as seen on Sex and the City), or a venue right near it.

We’ve all been a little anxious to see what Tyra would look like with her real hair on the Tyra Banks show, and when she revealed what she’s been hiding up under those wigs for the past few years, we weren’t completely flabbergasted. Tyra’s face had so much make-up on you couldn’t really concentrate on her hair. You know how we do ladies, when our hair is looking a hot mess we “beat” our face a little extra to take the focus off of the bad hair day.

Tyra Banks gave her twitter followers a sneak peak of what she’ll look like on “National Real Hair Day” . As we mentioned before, Tyra declared September 8th as the National Real Hair Day, and she will rock her natural hair during the fifth season premiere of The Tyra Banks Show next month.

We are eager to see what Miss. Banks will look like without a weave, and we want the audience to go around and give her natural hair a good tug during the show, just to make sure a track doesn’t fall out. Don’t try and fool us, Tyra! We want to see you go au-Natural!

While visiting Sofurious.com, we came across the news that Tyra Banks is going “au NatuRAL” for the next season the Tyra Show.

“Tyra Banks is ditching her trademark weaves for the season 5 premiere of her CW talk show, airing Sept. 8. She will reveal her “natural hair.”

This season on The Tyra Show we’re taking it to the next level and getting more real than ever before by encouraging women everywhere to own and rock what they’ve got and be proud!” she says in a press released. “For the season 5 premiere, I will be doing just that – no fake hair, I’m rocking my REAL hair. This will all be going down on September 8, 2009, which we’re declaring National Real Hair Day! We welcome everyone to go natural with me!” [source]“

Tyra’s always doing something crazy positive, so this is a good look. And we know you are just about as anxious as us to see what she’ll look like without the crazy lace front wigs.
