Father's Diagnosis Leads 15-Year-Old to Start a Food Revolution (Video)

Having learned her father was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, Haile Thomas set out to make important changes in her life and in her community, starting a food revolution. At the age of 12, Haile founded the HAPPY (Healthy Active Positive Purposeful Youth) Organization to make it fun for children to learn about eating healthy. Now 15, Haile is changing the way children and adults see food.
