SCOTUS Rules in Favor of Man Who Wrote Threatening Posts About Wife Online (VIDEO)

In a case that will change how social media posts are viewed, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Anthony Elonis, a Pennsylvania man, who has been in prison for making various threatening posts on social media to people including his wife. The Supreme Court states that just because posts seem threatening doesn't mean they actually are.
